We’re hosting our first Thanksgiving Day meal on Thursday, November 26, from 11am to 2pm. The meal is meant to help connect neighbors who might otherwise spend the holiday alone.
“We look forward to welcoming guests for a delicious holiday meal,” said Nicole McAlexander, executive director of SELCC, “and we are grateful for the volunteers who are sharing their time on a holiday to make this gathering possible.”
The Thanksgiving meal will feature the holiday classics: Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, roasted carrots, and more. Registration is required. Please contact us at (319) 455-2844 or info@selinn.org by November 16 to save your spot at the table.
