Holiday Assistance – 2024 Registration Now Open
Sign up is now open for Southeast Linn Community Center’s holiday assistance programs, including November & December holiday food boxes and Adopt-a-Family gifts for children. These programs are open to anyone who uses the SELCC food pantry or who lives, works or goes to school in Lisbon or Mount Vernon. Sign-up deadline for all holiday assistance is Friday, November 1st. Activity Scholarships
Throughout the year SELCC helps families with registration costs for Lisbon and Mount Vernon Parks and Recreation programs. Scholarship programs are dependent on availability of funds.
School Supply Distribution
Free school supplies and backpacks are distributed to Lisbon and Mount Vernon students in early August. This distribution is open to students at Lisbon and Mount Vernon schools, students who are home schooled or doing online school in Lisbon or Mount Vernon, and students who are open-enrolled into either district. Pool Pass Scholarships
Southeast Linn Community Center offers scholarships for Mount Vernon Pool passes. Scholarships are for residents of the Lisbon and Mount Vernon school districts. A limited number of scholarships are available each year. Registration begins in the spring.
LBC Scholarships
Scholarships for all ages are available for the LBC Wellness Center in Mount Vernon. SELCC can help cover the cost for a 3 month membership for a family or individual.
